Payments can be made with a credit card or paypal


Once your order is placed, I will then start assembling your item(s) and packaging for shipping. Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to ship. I truly appreciate your patience! 

Returns + Exchanges

Each item is handled and packaged by me to ensure your purchase is completed with great care. 

Each item is packaged for safe shipping and handling, however in case of any delivery damages, I will be happy to exchange any items and cover for shipping. Please contact me within 5 days of delivery to report any damages. Once the damaged item(s) is returned, I will ship your replacement.  

If you are not 100% satisfied with your items, I will accept all returns and offer a full refund of the purchase items, including shipping cost within 30 days of its delivery. 

Once the items are returned, your refund will be issued within 5 business days. 

Workshop Refunds

Full refunds or credit for future Tram Colwin Art Workshops can be issued with advance notice of at least 24 hours. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the event. No shows will not receive refunds or credit.
