If your project is not among these 3 options, use the form below to tell me more about your custom project!  Please keep in mind that no custom orders are the same. You will receive a customized proposal and contract for the specific design, size, and details that you desire. DETAILS + POLICIES

My watercolor pieces are all painted on 140lb, 100% cotton, archival watercolor paper. They can be done in either landscape or portrait orientation. 

Each piece is painted with a 1/4” blank border for framing purposes, unless discussed otherwise.

Additional features, like bowties or flower crowns on pets, will require additional costs on the final price. 

I work from reference photos, so I’ll need you to send me a well-lit, high resolution photo. You are welcome to send more than one if you would like me to help you choose the best! I can also send examples of good and bad photos to use for portraits.

Note: I can only use a photo from a professional photographer if you own the rights to reproduce the photo, or if I receive their written permission. 

I work on a first come, first serve bases. If there is a wait, and you're needing your portrait sooner (e.g. for an upcoming gift), I can prioritize your request for an additional $25 fee. The turnaround time for a standard 8”x10” single portrait is 2 weeks, please keep in mind that larger sizes or additional features may require 4 weeks or more to complete. 

50% of the total payment is required prior the start of any piece and the remaining 50% + shipping is due prior to delivery. Payments can be made via Square invoice. If you wish to use Paypal as a payment option, please let me know.
